Fixed Income Sales - Emerging Markets

Job description


We are looking for a new team member on the secondary market to expand our current activities and to further roll out our strategy. You will be active in the Middle Eastern market and you will be expected to develop the Middle Eastern desk. This consists in acquiring new clients, helping them with their Fixed Income needs, identifying our added value, becoming their main point of contact within STX Fixed Income. 


You will be responsible for

  • Building (your own) customer portfolio in the Middle Eastern Market
  • Following developments on Fixed Income market
  • Originating your own transactions and bringing them to a successful end
  • Open up new trading lines between borrowers and lenders and marinate and expand existing ones
  • Being proactive and idea generating, adding value to your customers and colleagues
  • Closing deals!

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial/sales experience within the financial market (this is a knock out criterium)
  • Fluent in one Middle Eastern language & English
  • Preferably you have got an existing client network
  • Strong commercial drive and a proactive attitude
  • Ready to travel and to visit/entertain customers
  • Living in or willing to move to
